# Asignación y atención
Cuando uno de tus clientes este a la espera de ser atendido por un agente, su chat será visible en la bandeja ***"Sin asignar".***
En caso de existir grupo, se visualizará a cuál pertenece cada uno
Para que un agente pueda interactuar con el cliente primero deberá asignarse la conversación, al hacerlo la verá en su bandeja personal ***"Yo"***:
Una vez asignado, el chat tendrá una etiqueta indicando quien lo tomó y en la ***bandeja de Agentes*** se verá así:
