# Estados de Agente

Al hacer click en el estado actual de la sesión, el agente podrá modificarlo entre Online y Ausente:&#x20;

El sistema contempla 3 estados:&#x20;

* **Online:** Agente en línea, disponible para gestionar
* **Ausente:** Agente en línea pero no disponible para gestionar.
* **Desconectado:** Agente no logueado en la plataforma o con inactividad por 10 minutos
