# Creación de Grupos de clientes
Esta herramienta te permitirá segmentar tu cartera de clientes de diversas formas, para que puedas gestionar de modo más eficiente las comunicaciones masivas o campañas de marketing.
#### AUTOMÁTICA
Puedes importar tu base de clientes y que el sistema los agrupe de forma autómatica siguiendos los pasos de la sección [Importación de base de datos](/crm/importacion-de-base-de-datos.md).
#### MANUAL
Deberás ingresar a la opción “Clientes” del menú en tu espacio de trabajo y utilizando los múltiples filtros podrás elegir a los clientes que deseas agrupar, como lo indica el video.
Una vez que el grupo está creado, aparecerá disponible para elegir en el [envío de campañas.](/whatsapp-marketing/envios-masivos.md)
