# Autenticación

### Descripción

Optiwe está organizado en espacios de trabajo y usuarios. Para que la API pueda identificar el espacio de trabajo y asociar las acciones a cierto usuario, se debe suministrar un token.

### Tokens

En Optiwe usamos JSON Web Tokens (JWT) para identificar los llamados a las APIs.

Optiwe espera que el token sea incluido en toda solicitud HTTP por medio del encabezado `Authorization`

El encabezado `Authorization` debe ser:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN
```

### Obtención de un token

Para obtener un token ingresar al siguiente enlace <https://app.optiwe.com/dashboard/home/channels-config>

Luego haciendo click en el botón **Agregar un chat a tu web** verán una pantalla como la siguiente donde se encuentra marcado en rojo el token de acceso.
