# Integracion con Hubspot

1. Ingresar a Hubspot y en la barra superior a la derecha, hacer click en el icono de configuracion

2. En la barra de la derecha, hacer click en Integraciones -> Apps privadas -> Crear una app privada

3. Ingrese como nombre Integracion Optiwe. Puedes agregarle un logotipo y una descripción si así lo deseas

4. Ve a la pestaña de Alcances. Una ves ahi, debes seleccionar crm -> crm.objects.contacs -> escritura

5. Navega hasta el pie de página y haz click en Estándar. Una ves hecho esto, se despliega una lista donde debes seleccionar tickets

6. En la barra superior, click en Crear aplicación. En el cartel siguiente, hacer click en Seguir creando

7. Se va a abrir un cartel como el siguiente. En el mismo, haz click en Mostrar ficha y luego en Copiar. Esto te copiara la clave a tu portapapeles. Ahora solo resta pasale esta clave a tu contacto en Optiwe para que la integración quede finalizada
