# Configuración de Horarios de Atención

Podes configurar el horario de atención de los agentes y del bot en cada uno de los canales habilitados (WhatsApp, Facebook, Chat Web o Instagram)

Hacerlo es muy simple:

1. Ingresa a la opción **configuración** en el **panel de control**
2. Elige entre las pestañas, el canal a configurar
3. Configura el **horario** y los **días** en los que estarán disponibles los agente
4. Marca el **huso horario** sea el correspondiente a tu región
5. **Guarda** los cambios

El ejemplo a continuación trabaja sobre el canal WhatsApp pero es igual para el resto de los canales:
