# Notificaciones de nueva conversación por mail
Desde el panel de control podrás configurar que los agentes reciban un mail cada vez que se inicia una nueva conversación, o que se actualiza una conversación asignada
1. Ingresar al menú configuración del panel de control y en la pestaña General encontrarás la funcionalidad **Emails de notificaciones de conversación**
2\. Correr el botón para habilitar la función
3\. Colocar los mails de quienes las recibiran. También es posible seleccionar todos de una sola vez cómo se ve a continuación:

Los usuarios que hayan sido incorporados al listado recibiran mails desde la casilla noreply y en dos oportunidades
* Nueva conversación disponible para ser asignada
* Actualización de nuevo mensaje en una conversaición que ya tiene asignada
