# Tolerancia de cerrado de chats

Esta funcionalidad permite que cuando un agente cierra manualmente una conversación y el cliente vuelve a escribir dentro de el tiempo configurado, el chat se reabra en la bandeja del asesor en lugar de reiniciar una nueva conversación con el bot.

Habilita esta opción desde la **pestaña General del menú de Configuración:**
