# Por agente de atención

Con este reporte podrás observar, en forma particular, el desempeño de cada uno de tus agentes.

Sólo debes buscarlo en el filtro desplegable:

**Vistas diponibles**

* Chats totales: cantidad de conversaciones en las que participó el agente
* Interacciones totales: cantidad de mensajes enviados por el agente
* Interaciones promedio: media de mensajes enviados por conversación
* Tiempo de servicio: tiempo destinado al servicio de atención
* Tiempo en estado: resumen de tiempo en conexion o desconexion por día
* Distribución porcentual en estados: promedio por horario en el rango de dias consultado
