# Abrir conversaciones "Uno a Uno" desde el Agent

Para abrir una conversación, uno a uno, en <https://agent.optiwe.com/> tienes dos opciones:

1. **Desde tu bandeja personal**, si encuentras un chat cerrado que necesitas reabrir:&#x20;

Apretar el boton de reapertura y seleccionar la plantilla que deseas utilizar

2. **De modo generaI**, sin buscar la ultima conversación:

**a.** Ir a <img src="/files/enOn1zEvciXDBoV3sL6I" alt="" data-size="line"> del panel de la izquierda y elegir la opción “Nueva conversación”

**b.** Seleccionar al cliente

**c.** Elegir la plantilla con la cual desean comunicarse.

El chat quedará en estado **Saliente - Sin Asignar**, hasta que el cliente responda y se pueda continuar la comunicación.&#x20;

#### ENVÍO DE PLANTILLAS CON ARCHIVOS PDF

Al seleccionar una plantilla que contenga un pdf, es posible reemplazar el original por algún otro.
